Sindhi Onion Koki Sindhi Onion Koki Onion Koki is a sindhi recipe.This Koki is healthy Flatbread made with whole wheat flour as the main ingredient. It is the best breakfast /tiffin box idea. Let's start with: Ingredients :-- 1 bowl whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp suji 1/4 tsp amchur powder/anar dana(pomegranate seed powder) 1/4 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp chilly powder (optional) 1 Tbsp chopped onion few coriander leaves 3 Tbsp ghee 1/2 bowl water. How to make:--- Serving:2   First, add onion in a mixing bowl. Add salt, cumin powder, and amchur powder. Now add whole whole flour and coriander leaves. Keep mixing. Now add suji and chilly powder Slowly add 2 Tbsp ghee, keep mixing. Now knead the dough by adding water 1 -1 spoon. The dough should be a bit hard like puri. Keep it aside for  5 mins. Now heat pan/tawa on low flame. Divide the dough into two parts. Take one part on a flat surface and roll it to make round thick kok
