Instant Malpua / Shahi Suji Baked Malpua/How to make a dessert tastes like Gulab Jamun Shahi Suji Baked Malpua is a shahi dessert that tastes like a bit  Gulab Jamun but looks like Malpua and yet healthy version .  Shahi word is normally added in a dish when the dish tastes rich with ingredients like nuts, saffron and while eating you will feel like a king... Normally, malpua is prepared with all-purpose flour and deep-fried or sometimes shallow fry. In this recipe I tried a healthy version with Suji as the main ingredient. S uji/Rawa/Semolina is very healthy, especially for kids. Semolina  is high in protein and fibre — both of which slow digestion and increase feelings of fullness between meals. .. With the benefits of Semolina nowadays it is widely used in a variety of dishes. Let us start  with Ingredients: Malpua 1/2 bowl suji/rawa/semolina 2 Tbsp curd 3-4 Tbsp milk few chopped almonds 1/2 tsp ghee 1/2 tsp Eno(fruit salt)/ 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp cardamom powder For sugar Syru

Normally its base is made up of all-purpose flour that nowadays all want to avoid...And for kids, I always search ways to roll health in all dishes they demand. So, I tried this Healthy Homemade Whole Wheat Spring rolls. And the best part is I tried Maggi atta noodles for stuffing.. Let us start with: Ingredients: 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 Tbsp besan/ gram flour 1 Tbsp suji/oats 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ajwain/carom seed 1 Tbsp ghee 2-4 Tbsp of water Oil for frying For stuffing 1 bowl of  Maggi noodles 1/4 tsp salt  1/4 tsp turmeric/Haldi 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup 1/2 bowl of chopped vegetables 1/2 tsp soya sauce Method: First, in a mixing bowl add whole wheat flour, besan, suji, salt, ghee. Mix properly, and knead the dough with water. The dough should be a bit hard like puree dough Cover it and keep aside for 5 minutes. Boil Maggi in a pan, over medium flame. #Homemade  Mango Icecream  Mango is called the king of fruit. All wait for summers for mango. It tastes like heaven. In summers all dessert, dishes mango occupies special place... In homemade icecreams, I have tried many flavours including Sweet Potato Strawberry Icecream, Custard Almond Kulfi , Anjeer /Fig Ice cream, Creamy Pistachio Almond Kulfi   but my family favourite is mango.  But I prefer the healthy version always. So, in this Homemade Mango Ice cream, I have tried to make it more healthy so that all can eat without any guilt. So no sugar, no cream version. The best part is no cooking. It is quick to prepare and freeze and finish fast also. Anjeer /Fig Ice cream #withoutsugar #noheating Anjeer/Fig Ice cream Ice cream a heart of all parties, celebration...But always create guilt to have white sugar with this creamy heaven...Here is my recipe you will be thrilled to know I have used no white, no brown no jaggery ..All natural sugar from fig is utilized. Here comes the recipe of Anjeer/Fig Ice cream Anjeer Ice cream Ingredients:------ 1 cup milk(full cream) I cup milk powder 1/2 cup dry figs(5-6) 2 drops vanilla essence 1 Tbsp honey (optional) Method: Serving:2 First, soak figs in a hot water for at least 10 minutes. After ten minutes chop anjeer/ figs. Take a blender to add Figs and milk. Blend it for 1-2 minutes in between checking with a spoon so that figs blend properly. Add milk powder, honey and vanilla essence. Blend it to a thick paste. Transfer in a freezing ice cream box. Freeze for 5-6 hours. Enjoy sugarless Fig Ice Cream. Optional: You can add 2Tbsp  chill
