Lollipop Cutlet

This recipe is a quick evening snacks recipe for kids ,make also ideal   party snacks .I have used light spices so that kids will love it.
Lets start:
Ingredients:
- 1 big boiled potato/1 bowl mashed potato
 - 1 Tbsp boiled corn
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp cumin powder
 - 1 Tbsp grated cheese
 - 1/4 tsp Gram masala.
 - 1/2 tsp grated ginger
 - 1/2 grated beetroot
 - 1 tsp corn flour
 - 1/4 tsp amchur powder
 - 2 Tbsp rawa/suji
 - few coriander powder
 - pinch chilli powder optional
 
How to prepare::--
Time
prep-10 mins
cooking :1 to 2 mins
serve-2 lollipops.
- First take potato in a mixing bowl and mash it properly.
 - Then add salt ,cumin powder,garam masala and amchur powder.
 - Mix it properly.Add coriander powder.
 - Divide the potato mixture into two parts .
 - Take one part and add few corns and cheese in between and press it to make shape of rectangle,
 - Make two rectangles.keep it in fridge.
 - Take grated beetroot and squeeze it to take out its juice.
 - Now add 1 tsp corn flour in beetroot juice,mix it properly.
 - Now take suji/rawa in a bowl.
 - Now first dip potato mixture one rectangle in beetroot corn flour mixture.
 - Then immediately place it in bowl of suji so that suji get stick to it.
 - Heat oil for frying or you can use air fryer to deep fry ,this lollipop.
 - Fry for 1 min on low flame and then serve it on serving plate.
 - Enjoy hot with chutney or sauce.
