Healthy Jowar Oats Walnut muffins
Today my 6 year old was very angry with me as I again offered him bread butter or bread jam to eat as snacks for his small hunger ..."He said when i will be free from breads .."His words made me think to find more healthy and tasty innovative way to fill my baby tummy .So what i created
Jowar and oats walnut muffins without using oven
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Jowar flour
- 1 cup oats flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1.5 cup sugar
- Half cup butter
- Half cup milk
- 1 Tbsp curd
- 5 walnut
- 1 Tbsp coco powder How to make :----
Pre time:10 mins,Cooking time;10 mins
First mix all dry ingredients.Then slowly add milk and egg .Melt butter and add with curd.You can add more spoon of milk if batter is thick.Now take Appam pan and heat it on burner .Apply little bit oil with brush or paper napkin.Fill each bowl shape space with batter and place walnut above as like garnishing .Cover it and cook in a low flame .After a minute it will turn into a fluffy muffins turn it if needed....Ur kids will love to eat hooooot....
