Today i m sharing healthy Carrot Methi Multi Grain Munchy that your child will finish fast and play with a plate☺☺☺.
- 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Jowar Flour
- 1/2 cup Besan or Gram Flour
- 1/4 cup oats flour
- 3 Tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch sugar
- 1 medium grated carrot
- 1/4 cup methi cut and cleaned
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup water
How to make :-- Time: Prep:15mins;Cooking:15mins
- First mix All flour with 1TB spoon of ghee,salt,sugar,methi,carrot,cumin powder,amchoor powder ,red chilli powder.
- Now slowly add water and mix well with your fingers to knead the dough and it will look like ..as in picture.
- You can add more water if you require .Now cover it for atleast 15 minutes.
- Heat the tawa after 15 minutes.Make a lemon size balls from the dough.
- Dust and roll the dough ball to make a circle with medium thickness not very thin..
- Now cut into shape as ur kid loves as shown below.
- Transfer the little munchy on hot tawa.Apply 1 TB ghee and cook from both sides until nicely browned.
- Important part is presentation .Present d way your little one like...And other plate for other members☺..Enjoy with sauce or chutney..
