Breakfast ,toughest meal to decide for kidoos.As a mother we want breakfast to qualify all test in terms of taste, nutrition,presentation and instant Green signal from all members of a family☺ .

Today i m sharing healthy Carrot Methi Multi Grain Munchy that your child will finish fast and play with a plate☺☺☺.

Ingredients;.......

    • 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour               
    • 1/2 cup Jowar Flour                                      
    • 1/2 cup Besan or  Gram Flour                       
    • 1/4 cup oats flour                                           
    • 3 Tbsp ghee                                                  
    • 1 tsp salt                                                    
    • pinch sugar                                                
    •  1 medium grated carrot                                
    • 1/4 cup methi cut and cleaned                     
    • 1/2 tsp cumin powder                                 
    • 1/2 tsp amchoor powder                             
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder                                
    • 1/2 cup water                                                                       

How to make :--                                        Time:  Prep:15mins;Cooking:15mins

  1. First mix All flour with 1TB spoon of ghee,salt,sugar,methi,carrot,cumin powder,amchoor powder ,red chilli powder.
  2. Now slowly add water and mix well with your fingers to knead the dough and it will look like ..as in picture.
  3. You can add more water if  you require .Now cover it for atleast 15 minutes.
  4. Heat the tawa after 15 minutes.Make a lemon size balls from the dough.
  5. Dust and roll the dough ball to make a circle with medium thickness not very thin..
  6. Now cut into shape as ur kid loves as shown below.
  7. Transfer the little munchy on hot tawa.Apply 1 TB ghee and cook from both sides until nicely browned.
  8. Important part is presentation .Present d way your little one like...And other plate for other members☺..Enjoy with sauce or chutney..

Tips :

  • Always roll Parantha little bit thicker than chapati and roast in medium flame.
