9 whole wheat rusk4 scoops of vanilla ice cream1 glass Orange juice Any fruits (mango ,kiwi,strawberries)10 Almonds2 orange flavoured cookiesHow to make:--- First take orange juice in a bowl.Now dip rusk one by one in orange juice to make it soft.Take a big serving plate place three rusk at the bottom line.Crush  one cookies and sprinkle on the first layer of rusk.Sprinkle some chopped almonds on this layer and spread some chopped fruits like strawberries,grapes. ..Add three more rusk over first layer and sprinkle again one crushed cookies and some chopped almonds.Place last layer of rusk and pour remaining orange juice on it.Freeze it for 30 mins.After 30 mins ,take out from freezer and spread 4 scoops of ice cream one by one…

1cup besan/chickpeas flour1 cup ghee1/2 cup suji1 and 1/2 cup water1/2 tsp cardamom powder5 chopped almonds1 and 1/2 cup jaggery powder1/4 tsp khuskhusMethod:--- Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan, add besan and suji.Roast on low flame continuously.Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until besan turns golden brown and starts giving fragrance.Now add jaggery powder and keep stirring continuously.When jaggery starts melting add water.Keep stirring continuously until besan absorb all water without forming any lumps.Mix well until besan mixture starts releasing ghee and separates the pan.Further, add chopped almond and khuskhus .Mix well.Server hot.
