So, I tried this Healthy Homemade Whole Wheat Spring rolls. And the best part is I tried Maggi atta noodles for stuffing.. Let us start with: Ingredients: 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 Tbsp besan/ gram flour 1 Tbsp suji/oats 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ajwain/carom seed 1 Tbsp ghee 2-4 Tbsp of water Oil for frying For stuffing 1 bowl of Maggi noodles 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp turmeric/Haldi 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup 1/2 bowl of chopped vegetables 1/2 tsp soya sauce Method: First, in a mixing bowl add whole wheat flour, besan, suji, salt, ghee.
