In my recipe ,I have chosen  1.    Jowar flour that  contains good amount of fiber,  is  rich source of protein   is packed with essential Vitamins and Minerals 2. VEGETABLE YOGHURT/DAHI  CURRY VEGETABLE CURD CURRY Kadhi Chawal/Curry Rice is my kiddos favourite meal.They love to eat Kadhi Chawal at any time lunch or dinner.So I always  try to make it wholesome by introducing vegetables.In my recipe I have chosen common vegetables but you can try different or whatever your favourite.
