INGREDIENTS:---
- 1 cup chopped and mixed vegetables(carrot ,french beans, green peas)
chopped veggies - 1 medium size onion
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 small piece ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1&1/2 cup fresh curd
- 4 Tbsp Besan
- 1 Tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- 3 cup water
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1/4 tsp hing powder
- 1 tsp methi seed
- 1 tsp mustard seed(rai/sarson)
- few curry leaves.
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- few chopped coriander
HOW TO PREPARE :
- First take curd in a bowl.
- Add 1 &1/2 cup water and besan in it.
- Whisk well till no lumps remain.Add turmeric .Keep it aside.
- Now chopped onion into long slices.And grate garlic cloves and ginger.Keep it aside also.
- Now heat oil in a deep thick bottom pan on low flame and add cumin and mustard seed.
- When seed crack add methi seed and hing powder.
- After 10 sec add onion ,curry leaves and grated ginger -garlic .
- Saute it on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- When all start changing colour add coriander powder and besan curd mixture .Mix well and bring to boil while continuously stirring for atleast 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and salt.Keep stirring continuously for more 5 to 10 mins.
- Cook on medium flame for atleast 30 mins until u find all veggies cooked and colour of curry changes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with Rice....
