Let us start with:---- 1 cup besan/chickpeas flour 1 cup ghee 1/2 cup suji 1 and 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 5 chopped almonds 1 and 1/2 cup jaggery powder 1/4 tsp khuskhus Method:--- Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan, add besan and suji. Roast on low flame continuously. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until besan turns golden brown and starts giving fragrance. Now add jaggery powder and keep stirring continuously.
