Milk is important in every kitchen.With kids, we always store enough milk so that we can use it,next day early morning.

But in summers,there is always chances of milk spoiling..Don't panic,of milk spoiling.Just follow my tip..


  • To increase shelf life of milk,add 1/2 tsp of baking soda to the milk pot.
  • Heat the pot over high flame until the milk boils.

  • Keep it at room temperature or refrigerate.
  • Baking soda will prevent milk from spoiling ,for longer time even at room temperature.
