Homemade Custard Almond Kulfi is an easy and quick recipe. All ingredients are easily available.

Let us start with:----

Ingredients:---
  • 1-litre milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 Tbsp custard powder(vanilla flavour)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/4 bowl almond

  1. Heat milk in a thick bottom pan over low flame.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Take a small bowl of cold milk in a bowl and mix 4 tbsp custard powder.
  4. Mix it properly and add one by one spoon of custard mixture in warm milk. Keep on stirring.
  5. Keep on stirring till it turns thick and starts bowling.
  6. Switch off the flame and leave it for 1 hour.
  7. Take a bowl or half a cup of fresh cream.
  8. Add 2 Tbsp of sugar. Whisk it to get a smooth paste.
  9. After 1-hour mix cream mixture with cold thick custard.
  10.  Mix it properly and transfer it into a freezing box.
  11. Keep it in a deep freezer for 2-3 hours.
  12. After 2-3 hours, take out from the freezer and blend it.
  13. Keep it in a deep freezer again for 2-3 hours.
  14. Again take out and blend it and transfer it into kulfi moulds
  15. Keep all moulds in a deep freezer for at least 5 hours.
  16. Kulfi is ready.
  17. Take out kulfi from freezer ten minutes before serving, this will give the best results.
