But after cooking this #Creamy pistachio almond kulfi, moms will be relaxed as kids can relish cold kulfi, with the goodness of #healthy nuts which #taste  #yummy and have lots of health benefits.

Let us start with

INGREDIENTS
  • 500mL milk
  • 1 bowl pistachios/ Kaju/any milk barfi
  • 3-4 saffron strands
  • Sugar if u need
  • Few almonds, cashews, pistachios.

    Method
  1. First, boil milk in a thick bottom pan.
  2. Boil it till it reduces at least 1/4 of 500mL.
  3. Add saffron strands.
  4. Add a bowl of crushed Kaju/milk barfi.
  5. Keep boiling and stirring.
  6. Add chopped dry nuts.
  7. Keep on stirring and check for sweetness. Add if required.
  8. Boil till it starts getting thick.
  9. Transfer it into a freezing container.
  10. Freeze it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  11. Take out from the freezer and blend it to get creamy kulfi.
  12. Once again freeze it.
  13. After 8 to 9 hours, take out kulfi from the freezer and serve it in a bowl and garnish with some nuts.

Tips: You can freeze it in kulfi shape container or serve it by cutting into shape your kids like..Dessert for #chotichotibhuk
