#ProteinBar, a small bundle of joy and taste, is full of health, fibres and a lot more...Nowadays, in our fast life, we need just one food that will give us complete nutrition, so here is the ultimate super bar. The main ingredient oats have lots of health benefits. Dates give natural sweetness. And honey the ultimate power.
So what are you waiting for let us start...


Ingredients:----
  • 1 bowl soaked dates
  • 1 bowl oats
  • 1/2 bowl almond
  • 1/2 bowl cashews
  • 1Tbsp flax seed
  • 1Tbsp white Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ghee
  • 1 Tbsp honey
How to work further:---
  1. First, soak dates in hot water for at least 2 hours.
  2. After 2 hours blend dates into a paste.
  3. Take a pan over low flame and roast oats until it turns brown.
  4. Transfer it into a plate and keep it aside, so that it cools properly.
  5. Now heat the pan again over a low flame, and add all almonds, cashews, flaxseed, sesame seeds and roast it for 2 mins.
  6. Now transfer it into a plate.
  7. Next blend roasted oats into a fine powder.
  8. Now heat the pan again and first add blended dates, stir it properly for 1 min.
  9. Now add oats powder and stir it for 1 min.
  10. Add all dry fruits mixture and keep stirring till all mix together and starts sticking with each other.
  11. Now add ghee so that mixture leave pan properly. Stir for more 2 mins.
  12. Now Switch off the flame and add honey.
  13. After stirring for more 2 mins, transfer it on aluminium foil that is set on the plate earlier.
  14. Make it flat, with bowl or knife. Cover it and keep it in a fridge for at least 1 hour.

  15. After it turns hard, cut into protein bars and enjoy. Keep it in a fridge for a longer shelf life.
