Whenever I cook ladoos I was always in an urge to try something more healthy,......with less ghee or butter, Always searching any better version of #energyballs which will taste yummy plus nutty and give a lot of fillings due to presence of fibres with fewer fats. So, the result is Digestive biscuit dates balls ....


Let us start with :---
Ingredients:---
  • 1 packet digestive biscuit
  • 1/2 packet Parle -G biscuit
  • 1 bowl dates without seeds.(soaked in water for 30 mins)(can use sugar/jaggery)
  • few almonds
  • few cashews
  • few pistachios
  • 1tsp khus-khus
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp milk powder
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 bowl coconut powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Servings:8-10
Time:10mins

  1. .First crush biscuits with your fingers.
  2. Keep it aside. Strain the water from Dates. And add in the blender.
  3. Add almonds, cashews, pistachios,khus-khus, cardamom powder and nutmeg
  4. Blend it to make a paste.
  5. Now add biscuits and blend it for a few seconds.
  6. Add milk powder. Blend it a few more seconds.
  7. Add 1 Tbsp milk first. Blend it. If the paste is not too sticky to make ladoos then add 1 more Tbsp otherwise its done.
  8. Transfer it in a plate.
  9. Now grease your hands and make balls from it.
  10. And roll balls in coconut powder.
  11. Enjoy quick ladoos/balls.
