Whenever I cook ladoos I was always in a urge to try something more healthy,......with less ghee or butter,Always searching any better version of #energyballs which will taste yummy plus nutty and give lot of fillings due to presence of fibers with less fats. So,result is Digestive biscuit dates balls ....


Let us start with :---
Ingredients:---
  • 1 packet digestive biscuit
  • 1/2 packet parle -G biscuit
  • 1 bowl dates without seeds.(soaked in water for 30 mins)
  • few almonds
  • few cashews
  • few pistachios
  • 1tsp khus-khus
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp milk powder
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 bowl coconut powder

How to make  -----

Servings :8-10
Time:10mins

  1. .First crush biscuits with your fingers.
  2. Keep it aside.Strain the water from Dates.And add in the blender.
  3. Add almonds, cashews, pistachios,khus-khus and nutmeg.
  4. Blend it to make paste.
  5. Now add biscuits and blend it for few seconds .
  6. Add milk powder.Blend it few more seconds.
  7. Add 1 Tbsp milk first.Blend it.If paste is not too sticky to make ladoos then add 1 more Tbsp otherwise its done.
  8. Transfer it in a plate.
  9. Now grease your hands and make balls from it.
  10. And roll balls in coconut powder .
  11. Enjoy quick ladoos/balls.
