When we hear or read about a sandwich, we always visualize some cheesy or full of veggies stuff in between our favourite bread slices. But in my recipes, you will always encounter some innovative shots...You can always add extra chillies as my targets are kiddos so I prefer to add very fewer chillies but extra peppers a healthy alternative.

Let us start:-



Ingredients:

  • 4 Whole Wheat Bread slices
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 cubes salted butter(increase as per your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp boiled corn
  • 4 Tbsp cooked poha(poha cooked with any veggies including potato as per your choice)
  • few coriander leaves

How to cook:-----
Servings:2 sandwiches

Prep: 10 mins
cooking:10 mins
  1. First, take 2 bread slices and spread 1 Tbsp butter on one side of each slice
  2. Take one buttered bread slice and place  2 Tbsp cooked poha on the side with butter.
  3. Then add 1/2 Tbsp corn,1 Tbsp onion.
  4. Now add few coriander leaves and cover with another bread.
  5. Now make another sandwich with the same quantity of filling.
  6. Place both sandwiches in the preheat sandwich maker.
  7. Grill for 1 to 2 mins until sandwiches turn golden.
  8. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
