Strawberry has lots of benefits:
Strawberry is a very rich nutrient fruit and a source of Vitamin C, minerals and carbohydrates. Strawberry is low in sugar and fat.
Let us start with:
Ingredients:---
- 1 glass of chilled full cream milk
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 drops vanilla essence
- 1 bowl chopped strawberries
- ice optional
How to shake:--.
- First, take a blender jar and add chopped strawberries.
- Add sugar ,vanilla essence and half glass milk.
- Blend it for two mins.
- Open the jar and stir it with a spoon.
- Add remaining milk.
- Blend it for 2 more mins.
- Check its temperature, you can add ice(optional) to make it more chill.
- You can add more sugar if you like it.
- Serve it chill.
