All ingredients of this recipe are easily available without any hassle. So, let us start with............

  • 1 bowl dates/khajur
  • 2 bowl  Full cream milk
  • 1/2 bowl coconut powder
  • few cashew nuts
  • 1/2 tsp ghee
How to make:--
Serving:8 Date rolls
  • First, take out seeds from khajur/dates.
  • Blend dates in a blender by adding 1 Tbsp milk.
  • Now take milk in a saucepan.
  • Heat the milk in a saucer on low flame
  • Now when it starts boiling, add blended khajur.
  • Keep stirring.
  • Keep stirring till it thickens and starts leaving the pan.
  • Add ghee and stir it to make a ball.
  • Now transfer it into a plate.
  • Press mixture on a plate ...
  • Keep it in a refrigerator, for 30 mins.
  • After 30 mins, roll it and cut into round shape.
  • Apply coconut powder on both sides of date roll.
  • Stick one cashew nut on each roll.
  •  Enjoy Khajur pak....or pack in a kiddos tiffin box
