How to cook Rajma /Kidney Beans without soaking overnight
Rajma/Kidney Beans are each child favourite. The best part is it has lots of health benefits besides yummy taste. Some love to have Beans with any type of bread and some with rice. But the problem comes when you have to satisfy your kiddos small tummy if they demand it just one or two hours before mealtime. Don't worry, I have a quick soaking method for all type of dried beans like Rajma/kidney beans or Chole/Chickpeas..that is
- Take a pan with at least 1-litre water.
- Boil it
- Transfer washed beans into a hotpot/casserole.
- Transfer boiled water into hotpot with beans.
- Close the lid and soak for half or one hour.
- This will give similar results as Beans soaked overnight.
