Sandwich are the favourites among both mom and Kids.But children don't like simple sandwich in their lunch box ..They will love to eat if it looks great .Mother loves to pack Healthy version of sandwitch....Here comes FRENCH SANDWICH
- 2 Whole Wheat Bread slices
- 1 slice of Cheese spread
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp butter
- few coriander leaves
- 2Tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 small capsicum chopped into small pieces
HOW TO PREPARE:
Pre:10 mins cooking :10mins
- Take 2 Whole Wheat Bread slice..
- Beat 1 egg and add cumin powder,black pepper,salt,capsicum
- Now add milk and coriander leaves and beat properly
- Now place Cheese slice in between two breads.
- Cut the Cheese sliced bread into four triangles.
- dip one triangle in the egg mixture .
- Heat a nonstick pan over low flame
- apply one tsp of butter
- place dipped bread on the pan
- Then place all remaining three the same way.
- apply butter on all sandwiches and turn till it turned into Brown with cheese fragrance
- Enjoy with Tomato sauce..
Its a Healthy sandwich with lots of Protein(Cheese and egg)
