Simple Cabbage sabji can be made crunchy by adding chana dal.It will enhance its nutritional value plus make it more tasty......
Ingredients:
- 1 chopped cabbage
- 2 Tbsp soaked chana dal.
- 1 chopped potato
- few curry leaves
- 2 green chillies
- few coriander leaves
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 &1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder
- 1 tsp maggie magic masala.
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp oil
How to cook:--
Time:
Prep : 10 mins
Cooking:20 mins
- First heat deep pan on a low flame.
- Add 1 Tbsp oil in pan.
- Now add mustard seed and grated ginger.
- When seed start cracking add curry leaves and green chillies.
- Add turmeric and chopped cabbage.
- Mix well and add chopped potato.
- Add salt .Now cover it for 5 mins.
- Keep stirring in between.
- Cook for more 10 to 15 mins by keep stirring in between.
- Cook until cabbage and potato cooked properly.
- Add coriander powder,amchur powder and maggie magic masala.
- Turn off the burner .
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapati...
